Data & Analytics Leadership · Operating Models · Transformation

I turn fragmented data and processes into systems companies & organizations can actually run on.

I lead data, analytics, and transformation programs — and fix the operating model underneath: who owns the numbers, how decisions get made, and whether what gets built actually gets adopted. 15 years across Amazon and Roche, from continuous improvement to governed data products.

Problems I solve

Different industries, same problem underneath

The bottleneck is rarely one tool, one dashboard, or one project. It is usually the system around the work: how data is defined, how decisions are made, who owns the rules, how teams execute, and whether people actually adopt what gets built. This is the work I am repeatedly brought in to fix.
