Invent, innovate, simplify

My instinct is to build and iterate rather than plan from a distance. I prototype fast, put rough versions in front of real users, and improve from there. The best solutions rarely come from the longest planning cycles. They come from getting something real into the world quickly and learning from contact with reality. Innovation is not always something new, but something simpler.

Invest in people, not just deliverables

Sustainable results come from capable, growing teams. I prioritize talent development, create structured growth paths, and build environments where people are heard, challenged, and supported. This isn't separate from delivery. It is how delivery actually happens. The strongest teams I've led have also been the happiest and most stable.

Diagnose before prescribe

The stated problem is rarely the whole picture. Whether it's a broken process, a misaligned team, or a reporting gap, I spend the first phase understanding what's really happening before committing to a solution. Getting the diagnosis right changes everything downstream.

Build for adoption, not just delivery

A platform nobody uses is a project that failed. I design solutions for the people who have to live with them: simple enough to maintain, documented well enough to hand off, and trusted enough to change how decisions get made. Governance and change management are delivery requirements, not afterthoughts.

Learn, discover, apply

I stay curious on purpose. Every new framework, tool, or discipline I pick up is evaluated against the same question: does this make the work better? I learn with intent, not for credentials. Whether it was earning a Master's in Data Science mid-career, studying Design Thinking, or getting hands-on with LLMs and cloud architecture, the goal is always the same: absorb what matters, discard what doesn't, and put it to work.

I am driven by inventing and simplifying how things work. I'm at my best when I am at the intersection of people, processes, technology, and data. I design and scale the systems and operating models that help organizations execute complex initiatives, make better decisions, and perform at scale.

My center of gravity is people leadership at global scale, across both technical and non-technical programs, products, and processes. I combine Lean Six Sigma rigor, portfolio & program management level delivery discipline, agile prototyping, and strong data fluency to close the gap between strategy and execution.

I work in English and Spanish with distributed teams across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. I'm certified in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a Master's in Data Science and Analytics.
